The job

As an SAP HCM Consultant, you’ll play a central role in both delivery and presales activities.

You will:

Build a lasting relationship with the client, identify their needs, and challenge them based on the possibilities and constraints of the tool
Driving workshop to develop specifications clearly and in a structured manner
Act as the bridge between the customer and the technical developer(s)
Customizing in SAP HCM and/or SuccessFactors
Ensure the proper functioning of developed/configured features before final delivery to the client

What we’re looking for:

3–5+ years of experience with SAP HCM, practical knowledge of Payroll & Time Management.
Experience in end-to-end implementations: from initial blueprint design through implementation, customization, configuration, and post-go-live support.
Willingness to keep up with technological and legal developments.
Good listening skills, empathy, and a desire to contribute to a positive team atmosphere both with colleagues and client contacts
Ability to work as part of a team while demonstrating autonomy
Fluent in English and Dutch or French
