Mensura, a leader in the field of prevention and workplace well-being, aimed to evolve toward an integrated system. In this context, the combined use of Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll made the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking particularly coherent.
The objective was to replace their former time management system with a modern, integrated, and efficient solution, aligned with their innovation-driven HR application strategy and the SuccessFactors solution.
The Challenge
Mensura set new ambitions for its time and attendance management:
- Integration with the payroll tool
- Improving adaptability to include flexible working arrangements (remote work, staggered hours, etc.)
- Access to real-time time evaluations and dynamic reporting
Persolis’ Approach
To address these challenges, Persolis supported Mensura in:
- Conducting a preliminary needs analysis to validate the relevance of the SuccessFactors Time Tracking module in addition to the Time-Off functionalities available within Core HR (SuccessFactors Employee Central).
- Identifying creative solutions to translate the complexity of time regulations into a product that was still evolving: new features delivered through releases during the project helped resolve or work around blocking issues.

Configuring customer-specific rules and deploying key functionalities such as:
- Calculating quotas and applying entity- and population-specific rules at Mensura, while integrating compliance checks (mandatory breaks, lateness management, etc.)
- Tracking attendance, including multiple types of remote work via Clock In/Clock Out.
- Real-time calculation of RTT days and overtime (TOIL).
- Dynamic workflows tailored to different employee groups.
- Native integration with external planning tools.
The Results Achieved
- Improved efficiency through the automation of processes (quota calculations, absence management).
- Increased flexibility with options for hybrid work and flexible working hours.
- Greater transparency: real-time tracking of time entries and enhanced HR reporting.
- Seamless integration with payroll and other HR tools, reducing information silos.
