As HR Business Partner, you will play a strategic, tactical and hands‑on role. You will support our leaders, advise our colleagues, recruit and retain the talent that keeps Expertum performing at the highest level and growing. In order to do this, you trust on your growth mindset. Functionally, you will report to the CHRO concerning HR, People and Culture and operationally, concerning day-to-day business to the Managing Director of the Netherlands. You are part of the International HR Core team which consists of several HR professionals from multiple countries with different backgrounds. Occasionally you will travel to Belgium, but you will primarily work for our offices in Houten, Sittard and Eindhoven in The Netherlands.
