Shuttle Service
For the people spending the night at Mercure hotel Roeselare: note that there is an Expertum shuttle service between the hotel and the party location.
We expect you to be at the reception of the hotel between 18:15 and 18:30. (make sure you are on time, as the shuttle will leave at 18:30😉)
Please sign in with Irina so she can see when everyone is present. Irina will also guide you to the bus.
First shuttle from the event venue back to the hotel is at 00:00 and there will be a shuttle every hour. You are free to choose which shuttle you use to return to the hotel.
