Idelco Insulation chose to implement SAP best practices. This allowed essential functionalities to be realized within the predetermined deadline of four months, within budget and in line with the scope. In a second phase, an automated AGV pallet warehouse was also implemented, supported by SAP EWM warehouse management.
The successful integration of the ERP application is largely due to the efficiency of the internal team and the crucial contribution of the SAP implementation partner Expertum Consulting.

Scalable solutions
The robust ERP package streamlined daily operations and transactions and facilitated integration. Because the integrated system replaced Excel spreadsheets and other tools, operational efficiency in the back office was significantly improved.
Thanks to the new ERP system, Idelco Insulation experienced a significant increase in productivity and a reduction in costs. In addition, the application offers additional benefits for the entire organization ranging from the sales, purchasing, production and accounting departments. The platform also provides flexibility for future optimizations and expansions, in line with the organization's growth.
Future expansions
