About the role
As a Modern Workplace Engineer, you will help manage and optimize Microsoft 365 environments (Teams, SharePoint, Intune, Exchange Online, etc.). You’ll support the rollout of new tools and updates, contribute to digital transformation and automation projects, assist end users (1st line operations), and help with internal documentation and knowledge sharing. You’ll also explore and help implement AI tools like Microsoft Copilot to further enhance workplace productivity. This role is a dynamic mix of support and project work.
What we’re looking for:
- A bachelor’s degree is not required—your commitment and growth mindset are what count.
- You have initial experience or a strong interest in IT and digital workplace environments.
- You’re eager to deepen your knowledge of Microsoft 365 and endpoint management.
- You can work independently and take initiative when needed.
- You communicate clearly and work in a structured way.
- You’re proactive, motivated, and enjoy working in a team.
- Knowledge of Azure or networking is a plus, but not a must. Being able to follow along in technical discussions is sufficient.
